Change Blindness

Do you see lots of things that no one else does?
Are you amazed at what, sometimes, you don’t see until someone points it out?

Have you ever gone into work one day and realized that, when one of your employees does something, all of all sudden, you “get” either:

(a) S/he is brilliant, devoted and highly productive. “Why haven’t I said that to her/him?” or

(b) Why the heck haven’t I fired her/him? “What am I waiting for?”

Change blindness is present in 75% of us.
