2010 – Not For Faint of Heart

. . . business leaders — Risk No Thing. Get No Thing.

There has been a collective sigh of relief that 2009 is history.
A new decade awaits.

Time to move from survival thinking into –  growth and thrive actions.

The to do’s:
1. Deepen & broaden your relationships. Business is a relational sport. Relationships are organic. They take time to grow.  Water & fertilize often. Do not over-fertilize with B.S.

2. Success is about who knows, likes, respects, values and is willing to risk engaging with you. It takes many risk decisions to build trust. And trust can be broken in a New York minute.

3. Build your reputation with customer-perceived WOW! experiences. Use the Platinum Rule.

4. Go for joy and a sense of abundance. Take a break every once in a while — don’t want to burn out.
